Melissa Shaw, RN
Melissa Shaw brings over a decade of experience in health and wellness, combining her clinical expertise as a registered nurse with a deep commitment to patient care. She holds a BS in Nursing and has worked at Mass General Hospital and leading Boston-area clinics. As Head of Clinical Services at Vivolo, Melissa oversees all therapeutic services and ensures every treatment meets the highest standards of safety and precision. She is a Certified Nurse Injector specializing in neurotoxins and dermal fillers, and is certified in IV therapy. Her approach blends science-grounded care with genuine empathy, making every client feel confident and cared for.

Stacey Kroon
Stacey Kroon is a force in the wellness world, with over 15 years of experience in fitness and business. As General Manager and co-owner of Monument Fitness in Charlestown, she has helped thousands of individuals take ownership of their health through personalized coaching. Stacey competed at the highest levels of functional fitness and brings that same intensity and discipline to her role at Vivolo, where she heads all wellness programming. She created the OLO Method, a personalized, habit-based coaching approach that integrates movement, nutrition, and optimization to deliver lasting, sustainable results.

Aaron Landes
Aaron Landes is a seasoned entrepreneur with a background in fitness, finance, and strategic operations. He founded Monument Fitness, which has become known for its coaching culture and member results in Charlestown. At Vivolo, Aaron drives the vision, business strategy, and operational execution of the club. His approach is grounded, data-informed, and results-focused, whether he's building systems behind the scenes or setting the tone for the brand. Aaron manages the operational details while ensuring the team delivers on Vivolo's mission to help people live better.

Kylee Windyka, RN
Kylee Windyka is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in critical care, oncology, and post-surgical recovery. She currently serves in the Medical ICU at Brigham and Women's Hospital, one of the top hospitals in the country. Previously, Kylee worked on Medical Oncology and Orthopedic Trauma units, giving her a broad clinical foundation. She is an experienced charge nurse and preceptor who mentors new team members. Kylee also serves as an Infection Control Nurse at MIT, bringing a rigorous standard of care and safety to every treatment at Vivolo.

Erin Murphy, RN
Erin Murphy is an experienced Registered Nurse with over three years in the multidisciplinary ICU at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she provided expert care to surgical, transplant, and medical patients. She holds advanced certifications including CCRN, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC, and was recognized with the Pillars of Excellence Award for her dedication to patient care. Erin is also a mentor to new ICU nurses, reflecting her commitment to clinical excellence and team development. At Vivolo, she brings that same level of precision and compassion to every client interaction.

Spencer Mead, PA-C
Spencer Mead brings over 25 years of clinical excellence in health optimization. He is the Principal Owner of Magna Men's Health, established in 2023, and specializes in hormone optimization, peptide therapy, weight management, sexual health, and IV therapy. Spencer trained under Dr. Abe Morgentaler, a pioneer in testosterone therapy, and worked with Boston Vitality before establishing his own practice. A graduate of the SUNY Stony Brook PA program, Spencer partners with Vivolo to deliver advanced optimization therapy services, offering both in-person and virtual consultations to help clients restore their natural rhythm and performance.

Dr. James Katz, MD
Double Board certified physician who began his career as Chief of Emergency Medicine at Quincy Hospital and later St. Joseph's Hospital in Lowell, MA. Served on the board of North East Emergency Medical Services and played a role in the development of Massachusetts pre-hospital medical services and the 911 emergency response system. Awarded Emergency Physician of the Year in 1996. Clinical and research fellow at the Department of Dermatology at Massachusetts General Hospital and research associate at Harvard's School of Public Health. Earned his BA from Yale University, Doctor of Medicine from the University of Connecticut Medical School, and Master of Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health. Trained in Age Management Medicine by Cenegenics and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine.
